Pilates Teacher Training

"You might as well learn from the best!"

Pilates is a powerful form of exercise and movement education that offers individuals new heights of flexibility and function, improved body-mind awareness, and core strength all within the context of a joyful, moving, breath-filled workout. While any teacher training program can teach exercises, few programs prepare their students for the incredibly rich variety of challenging clients who are seeking their expertise. Our unique program develops thinking instructors who approach the challenge of teaching the Pilates Method with adaptability, clarity, and depth.

As former educators for Core Dynamics Pilates, we continue the tradition of offering high quality, personalized teacher training for the developing Pilates professional.  This year long course of study includes 4 seminar weekends, apprenticeship with certified instructors, personalized mentoring, and more. Students are expected to take all seminars in order and to complete the program within one year. After successful completion of the Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training, students will be prepared to teach the FULL Pilates Method on all Pilates equipment in a studio setting, as well as sit for the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) National Certification Exam.

We look forward to working with you.

Dilla Mastrangelo and Christopher Potts
